QC Inspection
Every unit passes our in-house quality control inspection. You receive a full photo report before shipment.
Export & Delivery
We handle export documentation, customs, and freight forwarding. Air (5–10 days) or sea (25–45 days) to your door.

Before every shipment we conduct a full AQL inspection and share a detailed photo and video report with you for approval. You review fit, measurements, stitching, labels, and packaging. Only once you approve the QC report do we request final payment — your goods never ship without your sign-off.

Process Questions
Is it safe to pay?
Yes. You can pay via Wise, PayPal, or SWIFT wire — whichever you prefer. We use a milestone payment structure: 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your order and begin production, and the remaining 50% only after you have approved your pre-shipment QC photos and report. Your goods do not ship until full payment is received — meaning you always see proof of finished product before releasing final payment. We provide a full proforma invoice before any payment and send production updates throughout.
Can I get a sample before committing to bulk?
Always. We produce a physical pre-production sample before any bulk order begins. Sample cost varies by complexity and is quoted upfront — it is fully credited toward your bulk order. You approve fit, fabric, labels, and finish before we touch a single unit of bulk production.
What fabrics can you work with?
We work with 180–260 GSM ring-spun cotton, pima cotton, CVC blends, French terry, and heavyweight fleece. We can match specific GSM requirements and Pantone colors for custom fabric dyeing. Not sure what you need? Tell us your product type and price point and we will recommend the right fabric for you.
How long does production take?
Sampling takes 7–10 days. Bulk production is 18–25 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and complexity. First time orders may take slightly longer as specifications are being set up. Repeat orders are faster. We provide an exact timeline with every quote.
